Aurora Bar and Lounge

Aurora Bar and Lounge is the restaurant, bar and lounge of Casino Dene. It also has a stage. The room is non-smoking and open only to adults 18 and over. Breakfast is served all day, seven days a week, so it can be ordered at supper time too.

No separate hours are posted by Casino Dene for the lounge, the table games or poker. For food service times, phone 780-594-7900. Casino Dene posts no holiday hours either, so a call ahead of any holiday trip is wise. Showing a Winner's Edge card at the lounge takes 10% off a meal. That card is AGLC's casino rewards card, accepted across Alberta.

Casino Dene puts on live entertainment every weekend, and there is no charge to see it. This guide does not list dates or the names of acts. Hotel Dene across the lot

Hotel Dene & Conference Centre stands directly across the casino parking lot. It has its own website, hoteldene.com, separate from the casino's site.

The hotel lists three room types. The first is a Guest Room with 1 King bed and a sofa bed. The second is a Guest Room with 2 Queen beds. The third, the King Suite, has a sofa bed and a separate living area. It also has a microwave, a fridge and a walk-in shower.

King guest rooms have a work desk and complimentary high-speed internet. Queen rooms have complimentary Wi-Fi. The hotel does not publish a room count. This guide gives no room prices; check hoteldene.com for those.
